6.1. Return Policy:
6.1.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the moment the order has been received. To exercise this right, the customer must inform BOW-TIE S.L of their decision to cancel the purchase to the following e-mail, email@example.com
In order to carry out the return, the customer must send their communication regarding the purchase before the end of the return period.
6.1.2. If the customer terminates the present contract, BOW-TIE, S.L. will not bear any expense generated by said return, prior to 14 days from the moment we have been informed of your decision to terminate this contract, see point 6.1.5 contact e-mail. Such refunds will be made with the same payment method that the customer has used for the initial purchase.
6.1.3. In the event of returning a product which is part of a multiple order, the related delivery costs will not be refunded.
6.1.4. Items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original package. In the case of footwear, the customer should try them on a soft surface in order to prevent marks on the sole.
Items with chafing on the sole or wrinkles on the skin will not be accepted.
No return or exchange will be accepted if the items are returned incomplete, damaged and/or dirty.

6.1.6 Bow-Tie S.L. does not exchange products, should the customer needs a different size or color, they must process a return and purchase the new product through the web site.
The client is responsible for all costs related to the return of the products, as well as any customs expenses and local taxes. If the return costs are higher than the value of the goods to be returned, you will be charged the remaining balance in the same way as the original payment.
